Technical skills alone aren't enough for success in the automotive sector. Our Youth Auto Entrepreneurship Program provides business training and support for talented young mechanics ready to launch their own enterprises.
Program Components
- 6-month business management course tailored for automotive enterprises
- Startup toolkits and equipment for qualifying graduates
- Mentorship from established garage owners
- Assistance with licensing and compliance
- Micro-financing connections and loan application support
The program transforms skilled technicians into business owners, creating employment opportunities and improving the standard of service in the industry.
Current Status
The first cohort of 20 participants graduated last month, with 15 now in the process of establishing their own workshops. The second cohort of 25 participants begins training next week.
